Campagnolo has heavily redesigned their top of the line Record hubset, and it is backwards compatible! It works with 11 speed, 10 speed, and 9 speed drivetrains.
Luckily, it retains the easily adjustable and buttery smooth 15-ball bearing system as the classic 10 speed hubs.
The skewers are completely redesigned with a symmetrical fulcrum lever, and is lighter.
