Exchanges or Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, please email email@example.com or phone us on 01435 813777 We'll be able to explain the best way to proceed.
When posting your return to us, please re-package your goods carefully and use the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or similar service to send your items. Please enclose a covering letter outlining the nature of the return.
For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.
