Although Challenge Handmade Tubular Tyres are made with the highest quality materials and processes, like a fine wine, they must be stored and treated with care to have a long life and provide the highest level of performance, comfort and control.
After being ridden in mud they should be washed with a light detergent with a very soft brush and fully dried prior to being stored in cool, dark, dry room (yes, like a wine cellar).
Handmade tubular tyres should never be stored wet or for long hours in direct sunlight or high heat (on a terrace, in or on a car or in a sunny shop window)

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
