Nitto b602 Handlebars
Bought the Nitto B602 handlebars for a more upright riding position which is very helpful in traffic. Its all well and good looking like a racer with narrow flat bars untill you try to look around. I fitted these to a 110mm stem so I would not be Dutch style rider, I found that the ends of the bars needed to be down between 5 to 10 degrees to obtain the best riding position. The tops of the bars are about on a level plane with the saddle. So this set up now allows you to grip the centre straight section when needing to pull on the bars to go up a hill. Most of the time they provide a commanding position and when you need to you can still get some power down which is not possible with a north road curve style handlebar. Only 490 wide so still narrow enough to get through gaps Overall a really well finished product that give you more than the initial upright position worth trying if you are not a pretend city racer!
