A classy Nitto urban riser bar.

The initial forward sweep means you can use a shorter stem than you might need otherwise.

The 525mm width gives a good balance of control and manouverability in traffic and the long flat backsweep has plenty of room for grips, brake levers, and shifters should you be of the geared persuasion.
