At Sprockets we can ship to just about anywhere in the world. All our prices displayed include VAT.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before confirming your order.
In the UK all packages will be sent FREE First Class and those of a high value First Class Recorded which will require a signature on delivery. International Postage will be sent by Royal Mail and higher value items International Signed For.
Postage rates are calculated by the weight of your items and the location they are being shipped to. Postage is always charged at cost and is non-profitable.
Delivery to Mainland UK
Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
We usually process your order within 24 hours and deliver it to you by courier within 5 working days from the date you place your order. The courier will need to obtain a signature on delivery.
Please note that some remote postcode areas of Scotland and Cornwall require an extra day for delivery, as the parcels get handed over from the courier to Royal Mail for final delivery.
The UK postcode areas that DPD state as offshore, taking 2 working days, are all of Northern Ireland, that is postcodes starting BT. All of the Isle of Man,that is postcodes starting IM. The Channel Islands GY and JE postcodes, Scottish Islands, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Scilly Isles, TR21. Also some of the Scottish Highlands - postcodes AB31, AB33-38 & AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42

Delivery Time: 7–10 working days from placing the order
We offer a world-wide delivery service – and we know our customers well enough to know that this can mean literally anywhere! The exact delivery time will vary from country to country and may be less than the quoted 7 - 10 days. Overseas orders are entrusted to a variety of carriers and it is essential that we have a telephone contact number so that the local courier can arrange a suitable delivery time. The courier will require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge receipt of the package. To help combat credit card fraud, we would normally require the delivery address to be in the same country as the cardholder’s billing address. This rule, however, is not ‘set in stone’: we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable delivery request.
Import duty is payable to the customs authorities in the destination country.
