Established in 1853 by Hiram Hutchinson in Chalette-sur-Loing, Hutchinson first developed coated fabrics under the brand «Aigle».
In 1890, Hutchinson starts to produce bicycle tires. The company wins its first competition with Léon Georget in 1909 thanks to the ‘Monofil’ tire. The greatest names in the world of cycling then bring the brand to the highest level, with victories on the most famous races like the Tour de France.
In 2020, the company has celebrated the 130th anniversary of its Cycling History.
